These services are delivered through the Group's main divisions, LighthouseCarrwood, Lighthouse Financial Advice, LighthouseWealth, Lighthouse Advisory Services and Lighthouse Group Employee Benefits.
LighthouseCarrwood is the Group salaried advisor division, formed following the acquisition of the Carrwood Group. LighthouseCarrwood advisers trade with accountancy practices with which the group has introductory arrangements.
Lighthouse Financial Advice is a National IFA operating throughout the UK. As well as a full geographical representation 'National' means that the Group legally owns the trading brand, the clients and the income deriving from them although the advisers are all self employed.
LighthouseWealth was created in November 2005 out of Lighthouse Independent Financial Advisers Limited and is based in the City of London. LighthouseWealth advisers continue to develop their proposition to High Net Worth clients, researching and delivering advice on a range of sophisticated investments suited to the needs of wealthy individuals and professionals.
Lighthouse Advisory Services is the Group's network division. The Group provides regulatory cover, professional indemnity insurance and collects income due on behalf of own branded sole trading IFA's. Lighthouse Advisory Services is FSA regulated and supports each of the Group's IFA and Wealth Management focussed divisions in the areas of regulation and supervision.
Group Employee Benefits focusses on the group personal pension and associated protection products markets.
